An electrically controlled power steering system is provided to reduce weight and cost by providing a flow rate control structure to en electronic control type steering device. An electrically controlled power steering system comprises a solenoid valve fixed by a valve stopper provided in a rack, a flow rate control valve(30) provided in a rod shape in the rack and connected to the solenoid valve via a connection rod to control flow rate of oil, a spring(50) provided at the opposite side to the solenoid valve so as to apply elastic force to the flow rate control valve, a pair of first flow path(60) formed perpendicular to a center axis of a cylinder tube and spaced with a predetermined distance from each other, and a pair of second flow path(70) formed perpendicular to the center axis of the cylinder tube and spaced with a predetermined distance from each other. The second flow paths are formed at the opposite side to the first flow path.
