A control device, a storage device, a storage medium, a computer readable recording medium recorded with a servo information demodulation program, and a method for demodulating servo information are provided to perform precise feed-back control on moving velocity of a head by using corrected demodulation velocity, and to efficiently and rapidly record and read data to and from a recording medium. A control device comprises a velocity demodulation part, and a velocity correction part. The velocity demodulation part demodulates the moving velocity of a head on the basis of servo information. The velocity correction part corrects the moving velocity of the head demodulated by the velocity demodulation part with a correction value for a rotation synchronous component error of a recording medium. The correction value is obtained by demodulating a servo signal generated from correction value information for rotation synchronous component error included in the servo information.
