A cooker for instant noodles is provided to keep taste of noodles constant by using a soup tank for sufficiently boiling soup, and reduce time for cooking by supplying soaked noodles to a steam chamber. A cooker for instant noodles comprises a steam chamber(3) inside a body of the cooker, a drawer type mounting plate(4) in the steam chamber, a steam tank, a soaking water tank, a soup tank(13), and heat exchangers(14,15). The steam chamber is connected by a steam pipe having the steam tank and a valve and divided into more than two parts. The steam tank is connected to the steam chamber and the steam pipe to be heated by a heat source(7). The soaking water tank is combined at the lower end of the body in a drawer type. The soup tank is connected to a soup supply pipe and a cock at the upper part of the steam chamber. The heat exchangers are installed at the bottom of the steam tank and the soup tank. A soup supply valve(20) is installed at the upper end of the soup tank to be opened by a ball tap according to the level of soup in the soup tank. An auxiliary soup tank is combined to the soup supply valve. |
