The device has a hexagonal plate (4) for receiving a food object (7) relative to a hooking zone (6) of the plate. The hooking zone contacts with the food object and is provided with an orifice in form of a slot (5). A collage material (12) e.g. caramel, adheres with the food object to fix, integrate and form a rivet throughout the slot. A base (1) has a support flange (9) located at distance from the hooking zone. An inner space (11) is located between the flange and the hooking zone, where the hooking zone is a plane surface. An independent claim is also included for a method for fixing and supporting a food object i.e. chocolate.
