A frame angle adjusting device for a hospital bed is provided to maintain a patient's stable posture continuously by preventing the frame from suddenly ascending or descending in adjusting the angle of the frame. A frame angle adjusting device for a hospital bed includes: a first angle adjusting cylinder(10) for adjusting an angle of a back frame(300); a first adjusting member(20) for adjusting a length of a first piston rod(14) of the first angle adjusting cylinder; a first support cylinder(30) for supporting the back frame at regular pressure; a second angle adjusting cylinder(40) for adjusting an angle of a thigh frame(400); a second adjusting member(50) for adjusting a length of a second piston rod(44) of the second angle adjusting cylinder; a second support cylinder(60) for supporting the thigh frame at regular pressure; and a horizontality holding bar(70) for holding horizontality of a calf frame(500) in pivoting of the thigh frame.
