A tire carrying device for a vehicle is provided to reduce workers and prevent musculoskeletal disorders of the workers by safely supplying the tire from the vehicle to a pallet. A tire(10) carrying device for a vehicle includes a transferring rail unit, a lifting rail(13), a clamping unit(17), and a lifting motor(23). The transferring rail unit is vertically and horizontally formed at an upper part of the carrying device. The lifting rail is rotatably installed through a rotating bearing(9) at the carrying rail unit. The clamping unit is slidably mounted through a roller unit(15) on the lifting rail. The clamping unit carries the tire by a clamper operated by a plurality of clamping cylinders in each telescopic housing. The lifting motor is mounted at one side of the transferring rail unit and moves up and down the clamping unit along the lifting rail by winding or unwinding lifting wires(25) connected to the clamping unit.
