摘要 A reflective micro-optic interferometer-type filter and an application apparatus thereof are provided to obtain the value characteristic over a predetermined extinction ratio or the specific extinction ratio irrelevant to alignment by inserting a planar plate having parts with high and low refractive indexes formed repeatedly according to stripe patterns, into a beam path. In a reflective micro-optic interferometer-type filter, a dual-collimator(10) expands and collimates the beam inputted from an optical fiber and emits the collimated beam through a lens unit(11). And then, the dual-collimator concentrates the beam outputted through the lens unit and outputs the beam through an output optical fiber. An optical mirror(20) receives and reflects the collimated beam outputted from the dual-collimator. A planar plate(60) is positioned between the dual-collimator and the optical mirror and provided with patterns having a refractive index or the distribution of optical path difference repeatedly changed to secure predetermined phase path difference.
