A communication method of a mobile communication terminal and a communication system thereof are provided to exchange necessary information by charging fares during a call through authentication. A transmitter-side mobile communication terminal(100a) includes a transmitter-side camera, an encryption unit, and an encryption key transmitter. The encryption unit encrypts call information. The encryption key transmitter transmits the encryption key. A receiver-side mobile communication terminal(100b) includes a receiver-side camera, a decryption unit, and a memory. The decryption unit decrypts the encrypted information. The memory stores at least one of transaction unit information and unique information. A certification service(170) includes a determiner and a charging unit. The determiner determines whether the receiver-side mobile communication terminal is authenticated to decrypt the encrypted information by using one of the transaction unit information and the unique information. The charging unit charges fares on the mobile communication terminal.
