摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce output, by injecting combustion inhibiing matters, such as, water, exhaust gas, etc. to an inake system of an engine when the revolution of the engine exceeds critical revolution. CONSTITUTION:One end of a combustion inhibiting matter feed passage s is connected to a water tank 12, a water tank of a radiator or an exhaust pipe of an engine. When the revolution of the engine exceeds critical revolution, a magnet valve 10 functions by means of a sensor 11 for detecting the number of revolution. negative pressure works on a disphragm chamber 7 of a control valve 6 and the control valve 6 opens up to opening corresponding to negative pressure values at that time. Consequantly, water or exhaust gas is injected into an intake passage 2 and mixed with mixture, thus delaying the combustion of mixture in a combustion chamber, then reducing the number of revolution in response to the lowering of output.
