PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper conveying part of an image forming device capable of surely conveying paper while avoiding the occurrence of wrinkles, surely removing the paper dust adhered to the paper, and eliminating the warpage of the paper even if the paper is warped at the edge of the cut surface of the paper. SOLUTION: In this paper conveying part of an image forming device for conveying the paper to a transfer part by a pair of register rollers 11, 12 rotatingly driven each other, a pair of register rollers 11, 12 are formed of a first register roller 11 of the length L1 equal to the width of the paper and a second register roller 12 shorter than the first register roller 11. The first and second register rollers 11, 12 are so disposed as to have a nip part N at the longitudinal intermediate part of the first register roller 11 and a non-nip part at both ends. A loosely rotating roller 16 having the generally same outer diameter as the second register roller 12 is so installed at both ends of the second register roller 12 as to be loosely rotated correspondingly to the non-nip part.
