<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile monitoring immediacy and power consumption reduction, and reduce the probability of collision with measurement data transmitted from other wireless sensors. <P>SOLUTION: A first period T1 and a second period T2 are defined as a measurement period T. The first period T1 is a long period (for example, 30 sec.), and the second period T2 is a short period (for example, 5 sec.). A first threshold α1 and a second threshold α2 are defined (α1≥α2). If the current measurement period T is the long period T1, it is switched to the short period T2 when a rate of change α in measurement data increases above α1.
