PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the security of a user's personal information stored in a cellphone or the like. SOLUTION: When a numerical key "1" is depressed, a corresponding key depression signal is output from a display operation part 8 to a control part 12 and a timer 7 measures the depression time. When the depression time is 1 second, the control part 12 codes a numeral "1" and the depression time (1 second) and "1" is displayed in the seventh place of an ID code input field displayed in a display part 3. Similarly when a numerical key "0" is depressed and the depression time is 3 seconds, "000" is displayed in the fourth to sixth places of the ID code input field; when a numerical key "8" is depressed and the depression time is 1 second, "8" is displayed in the third place of the ID code input field; when the numerical key "5" is depressed and the depression time is 2 seconds, "55" is displayed in the first to second places of the ID code input field.
