PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person, skilled or not, to form a bevel appropriate for a special lens, such as a lenticular lens. SOLUTION: The formation of the bevel on the lenticular lens is performed by; determining a bevel curve value based on the curve value of its recessed surface (S731); determining the bevel reference position on the edge in a minimum thickness section based on the thickness value of the minimum thickness section of the lens (S732); determining the curve correction value based on the thickness ratio between the thickness value of the minimum thickness section and the thickness value in the maximum thickness section in the vertical direction (S733); and determining the bevel trajectory having the curve value obtained by adding the curve correction value to the bevel curve value and passing through the bevel reference position (S734).
