<p>The display operation of medical image information stored in a recording medium is limited. A data management server (10) electronically writes, in a medium, medical image information stored in a storage unit (15) and address information on the address in the network of the storage location where the medical image information is stored and further writes a display operation limitation program. A client terminal (20) limits the display operation of the medical image information stored in the medium according to the display operation limitation program written in the medium.
