PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera monitoring system including a plurality of network cameras of a monitoring section, a network camera repeater for transmitting a web page where multiscreen layout information is written, and a web client for performing multiscreen display of a plurality of images on a client screen. SOLUTION: The network camera repeater includes a network connecting means for sequentially connecting a plurality of cameras on the basis of camera IP addresses, port numbers and transmitting side IP addresses, a storing means for sequentially storing respective connected camera image data in predetermined storage areas, a web page transmitting means for transmitting to a client a web page with multiscreen layout information for arranging each image data from each camera on a screen of a web client attached thereto, and an image data transmitting means for attaching camera position information or the like for being arranged on a multiscreen to each image data read from the storing means and transmitting the image data to the client.
