PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount bracket installing structure for improving durability, by preventing separation of a spot welding part of a mount bracket by input from a mount, even if spot welding is used by taking into consideration productivity. SOLUTION: This mount bracket 1 installing structure is welded and fixed to a cross member 2 constituted in a closed cross section of a car body, and supports the amount 4 fixed to a driving device or a suspension device. A recessed part 10 composed of an upper surface 10a and a vertical wall 10b and opening on the side and the lower side, is arranged on a side surface 2e of the cross member 2, and the mount bracket 1 is arranged in the recessed part 10. The mount bracket 1 is welded to the upper surface 10a and the vertical wall 10b of the recessed part 10 by spot welding, and is welded by spot welding to an upper side side surface 2a of the cross member 2 extending upward from an end part of the upper surface being the opposite side of the vertical wall 10b of the recessed part 10.
