PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic money terminal for a game hall, which is capable of suppressing the excessive use of money by a user and shortening the time before electronic money settlement processing. SOLUTION: Since the electronic money terminal for the game hall is provided with a main control part 140 for reading a user ID 12b from a non-contact IC cad 10 detected through a reader-writer 110, acquiring the utilization limit amount 331c of electronic money corresponding to the user ID 12b from an electronic money management terminal 300, and performing the electronic money settlement processing in the case that a utilization scheduled amount inputted when it is instructed to input the utilization scheduled amount by using respective selection buttons 102 is equal to or less than the utilization limit amount 331c, an amount to be subtracted from the electronic money balance 12c can be suppressed to be the utilization limit amount 331c or less and the excessive use of the money by the user is suppressed.
