The invention relates to medicine, in particular to stomatology and can be used for improving consumer properties of containers for storing a dental thread. The container (bobbin) for storing the dental thread is embodied in the form of a cover cap for bottles or tubes containing hygienic means. A hole for extracting the thread is embodied in the top or side surface of the external part of said cover cap. The internal part of the container (bobbin) is provided with a screw thread and the diameter thereof mates the diameter of the bottle or tube neck. The device makes it possible to reduce the consumption of material for producing bottles or other containers for hygienic means, to improve the consumer properties of commodity by combining two hygiene care means in a single product.
