<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell wherein a light can be prevented from reflecting on the surface of a resin film (covering material for a solar cell). <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell is provided with an irregular layer 2 on a substrate 1, wherein a first electrode 3, a photoelectric conversion layer 4, and a second electrode 5 are formed on the irregular layer 2 in this order. The sectional depth of a concave of the irregular layer 2 is 0.06-4.9μm, a ratio of the sectional width of a convex thereof to the sectional depth of the concave thereof is 0.4 to 5.9, and a ratio of the sectional width of the concave to the sectional depth of the concave is 0.4 to 9.9. The scattering reflectivity of a light with a wavelength of 400 nm that enters in the direction of thickness of the substrate 1 is 59% or less in the irregular layer 2, and that of a light with a wavelength of 600 nm that enters in the direction of the substrate 1 is 76% or more in the irregular layer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
