PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automotive seat device capable of effectively adjusting the mounting height of a seat cushion according to an action for adjusting the front/rear position of an occupant's seat while making the height correspond to an occupant's physique. SOLUTION: This seat device includes: coupling members 12 for coupling front portions of cushion frames 2 to upper rails 11; rear link members 23 mounted to rear portions of the cushion frames 2; and supporting members 24 installed on vehicle body sides for supporting the rear link members. Each of the rear link members 23 has a pivoting part 26 pivoted by the upper rail 11, a coupling part 28 coupled to the rear portion of the cushion frame 2, and an engaging part engaged with the supporting member 24. Each of the supporting member 24 has a slide driving part (slide groove 33) for driving the movement of the rear portion of the cushion frame 2 so as to be liftably by slidingly supporting the engaging part of the rear link member 23 and swingingly displacing the rear link member 23 according to the front/rear movement of the cushion frame 2 to move up and down the coupling part 28.
