Circuit for measuring the resonance frequency of nanoresonators

The circuit has a phase comparator providing a control signal to a controllable phase shifter (DPH). First self-oscillation loop (B3) links an output of the phase shifter to an input of a resonator. An activating unit activates second and third loops (B1, B2) and deactivates the first loop during calibration phase, and deactivates the second and third loops and activates the first loop during operation phase. The control signal of the controllable phase shifter is controlled during operation phase and the control signal is stored at an end of calibration phase.
