<p>The connecting unit (3) has a locking unit arranged radial to an axis of an implant (1) and a rear section unit (3a) for contact with a recess or another rear section unit (1b). A support unit (3c) is provided for a spring unit i.e. disc spring (4), at an end that is arranged in an area of an abutment (2). The disc spring has a central hole (4a), where the connecting unit extends through the central hole, where head of the connecting unit is designed as the disc spring.</p>
