<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy setting of link information, to enable reward acquisition when an action related to a transaction is performed via the link information, and to enable the reward acquisition without any work such as Web site operation and Web page generation. <P>SOLUTION: Screen information configuring an information display screen related to a transaction object is provided to a terminal unit through a network. Reward information indicative of a reward for the action related to the performed transaction is registered into a database via the link information buried in the screen information. When comment information related to the transaction object being input from a user is received, user identification information of the user inputting the comment information is recognized. Corresponding to the transaction of the transaction object of the comment object, the link information is generated to register the user reward information indicated by the user identification information.
