PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion device having a stable quality with a reduced number of components and assembling steps, and also having an excellent characteristic in implementing countermeasures against migration. SOLUTION: A process for manufacturing the thermoelectric conversion device includes an electrode plate pressing step S10, an insulating frame molding step S20, a punching step S25, an element fixing step S30, a bending step S40 and an insulating frame integrating step S50.
