PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment adaptive display apparatus which has a high publicity/advertisement effect and has a good influence on the environment from the viewpoints of the beautiful sight and landscape as a structure in a public area while the information medium serves as a high-quality image. SOLUTION: While a transparent panel 8 is moved from a storage part 5 to a display window 6 by an electric motor 14 based on a predetermined order, a transparent panel 8 located in the display window 6 is returned to the storage part 5, and the transparent panel 8 is arranged in the window 6 one by one. Since the windows are arranged on both of the front and rear sides of the flat box body 2, it becomes possible to display transparent panels 8 mounted with the information media 11 from both of the front and rear sides of the flat box body 2, a publicity/advertisement effect is sharply raised, moreover, the transparent panels 8 transmits the light and are increased in brightness, the information media 11 are brightened with good contrast and are made into high quality images, having a good influence on the environment from the viewpoints of the beautiful sight and landscape as a structure in a public area.
