PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and high precision earthquake damage measurement system using a system measurement device for measuring a maximum response member angle of an elevated bridge column. SOLUTION: The earthquake damage measurement system using the maximum response member angle measurement device for the elevated bridge column includes a sensor system measuring the maximum response member angle in two directions of the elevated bridge column, a transmission system of a radio LAN system or an RF-ID tag system transmitting measurement data from the sensor system, and an evaluation system taking the measurement data transmitted from the transmission system and evaluating the degree of damage of the elevated bridge column.
