PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-dispersible antifouling resin composition that exhibits antifouling effects for long terms to maintain a display sheet in a clear state and permits a treatment of the display sheet for preventing it from getting visually unsightly or hurting its images, and an excellently convenient antifouling sheet that allows ready replacement of only an antifouling member if the circumstances require. SOLUTION: The water-dispersible antifouling resin composition comprises an acrylic copolymer (A) having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -40 to +20°C, colloidal silica (B) and an ionic liquid (C), where 10-1,000 pts.wt. of the colloidal silica (B) and 0.01-50 pts.wt. of the ionic liquid (C) are compounded with 100 pts.wt. of the acrylic copolymer (A). The antifouling sheet comprises a sheet-like substrate 2, and the water-dispersible antifouling resin composition with a surface having a contact angle to water of at most 45°applied on one surface thereof and an adhesive layer 11 formed on the other surface.
