PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly provide a sock liner of a shoe fitted to the arch of a user's sole and having an arch support function responding to the preference or the disorder of the user. SOLUTION: An arch support body which is formed by mixing a main agent of two-component liquid silicone rubber with a hardener, mounting the mixture on the upper face of a lower plate 4 at a position approximately corresponding to the arch of the sole, applying a treading pressure from the upper side of an upper plate 3 to superpose the upper plate 3 on the lower plate 4, and molding and hardening the silicone rubbers 5a, 5b and 5c according to the shape of the arch of the sole is joined or stuck and clamped between the upper plate 3 and the lower plate 4 to be formed into the sock liner 1 of the shoe.
