PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently dissipate heat generated in a liquid crystal panel unit in the state of attaching a board case to the back surface side of the liquid crystal panel unit, and to easily confirm a model number display part where the model number of the liquid crystal panel unit is described. SOLUTION: In a sub-control board unit 10 for a liquid crystal, an internal space for cooling a liquid crystal panel 311 and a power supply circuit board 302 is formed between a liquid crystal base 303 and a transparent liquid crystal case 305. Thus, the heat generated in the liquid crystal panel unit 301 is efficiently dissipated in the state of attaching the board case 220 comprising a sub-control board base 501 and a sub-control board case 502 to the back surface side of the liquid crystal panel unit 301. Also, the model number display part 314 where the model number of the liquid crystal panel unit 301 is described is easily confirmed from the side wall 351 of the liquid crystal case 305.
