<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent repeated failure by automatically and suitably carrying out the retracement of knowledge. <P>SOLUTION: A retracement data processing method uses a data storage section for storing retracement data including data for types of past projects and scales of the past projects, data for specific phases of the past projects and problems in the specific phases of the past projects, and data used for coping with the problems in the specific phases of the past projects. Upon acquiring project data including the data for types and scales of the projects and the specific phases of the projects, an overall similarity is calculated against the retracement data of respective past projects by using a similarity for target types of the projects included in the project data, a similarity for the data for scales of the projects, and a similarity for the specific phases of the projects, and the data of problems in the specific phases of the past projects is read and outputted on the basis of the overall similarity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
