PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive microwave oscillation element of high output and excellent in mass productivity by using simpler working processes and film deposition processes, a manufacturing method therefor, and an oscillator provided with the microwave oscillation element. SOLUTION: The microwave oscillation element is constituted by layering a first electrode, a magnetization fixed layer where a magnetization direction is fixed, an intermediate layer, a magnetization free layer where the magnetization direction can be changed and a second electrode in the order, wherein one of the magnetization free layer and the second electrode is composed of nanoparticles. Thus, the inexpensive microwave oscillation element of the high output, and having the excellent mass productivity is materialized by using simpler working processes and film deposition processes than before.
