PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power transmission which has a simple and compact rotation imbalance adjuster for a rotation unit consisting of a lock-up clutch device and a damper device, and easily and speedily makes its rotation imbalance adjustment. SOLUTION: A torque converter 10, as an example for the hydraulic power transmission, is provided with: an input side rotation element A to which an input member is connected; an output side rotation element B including a turbine hub 15 to which a transmission input shaft 1 is connected; the lock-up clutch device C integrally connecting a lock-up piston 17 to be connected to the output side rotation element B, the input side rotation element A not through fluid; and a damper device D, provided over the lock-up piston 17 and the turbine hub 15, including a coil spring unit 33 for allowing relative rotation of these and elastically deforming in accordance with the relative rotation. In this case, provided is an attachment part 30a for attaching an unbalance adjustment weight 37 to an outer circumference part of a drive plate 30 of the damper device D which is integrally provided with the lock-up piston 17.
