A die assembly is provided to separate a product having a hook from a hook core by protruding a second eject plate toward a second disk. A die assembly comprises a first fixed plate(10), a first main core(18), a second fixed plate(20), a second main core(26), a second eject plate(32), a first eject plate(30), a hook core(36), and a plate interlocking unit. The first fixed plate includes a first disk(16). The first main core is installed to the first disk to form a part of a product. The second fixed plate includes a second disk(24). The second main core is installed to the second disk in opposite to the first main core to form a part of the product. The second eject plate moves between the second fixed plate and the second disk and has an eject pin(34). The first eject plate moves between the second fixed plate and the second eject plate. The hook core is installed to the first eject plate and passes through the second eject plate. The front end portion of the hook core passes through the second disk and the second main core and forms a product shape including an undercut portion. At the beginning when the first main core and the second main core open the plate interlocking unit interlocks with the first eject plate and the second eject plate. At the end, the plate interlocking unit operates to secure the second eject plate to move away from the first eject plate.
