PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector unit capable of preventing other components from being damaged by an edge of the tip of a holder while capable of surely fixing a connector to the holder. SOLUTION: A headrest side connector unit 41 mounted on a headrest of a vehicle is provided with a stay 42 as the holder, and a connector 43. The connector 43 has a projection 430 housed in a projection housing hole 420 installed at the stay 42. Moreover, in the connector 43, the tip part 51b on the side fitted to the opposite connector is arranged more outside the stay 42 than one end part closer to a seat of the stay 42 and the outer surface of the tip part 51b is arranged on the same surface as the outer surface of the one end part of the stay 42.
