PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slowly soluble film having water resistance to a water current which is applied to wet area equipment or the like. SOLUTION: A spray is obtained by filling a coating composition comprising at least one water soluble polymer selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylamide, and hydroxyethyl cellulose, a metal salt which forms a water sparingly soluble metal hydroxide, and water as a solvent or a dispersive medium and having a viscosity at 20°C, evaluated by a Brookfield viscometer, of 2 mPa s to less than 50 mPa s in a container having a spraying device. When the surface of the film obtained by using this coating composition is brought into contact with water, the surface of the film alone is carried away and the entire film cannot disappear at once.
