<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar battery having an improved conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar battery includes an anode structure 20 with an oxide semiconductor layer 29 carrying a coloring dye 30, a counter electrode structure 21 and an electrolyte layer 23 arranged between the anode structure 20 and the counter electrode structure 21.
