PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin plate attaching structure which prevents deformation of a resin plate due to temperature change during transportation even when the resin plate is attached to a metal frame by means of bolts or screws. SOLUTION: The resin plate attaching structure includes spacers 26 each formed in a shape of a flange pipe having one end that extends outwardly and a cylindrical part 26a having a length larger than the thickness of the resin plate 20. The structure has attachment holes 22 formed in the resin plate 20 and each having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical part 26a. The structure also includes annular elastic members 30 each having an appropriate thickness and elasticity, into which the cylindrical part 26a of the spacer 26 is inserted, receiving members 12 attached to the frame 10 and each provided with a fastening hole 14, and fasteners 24 each secured to the receiving member 12 via the spacer 26. The elastic member 30 is fitted on the cylindrical part 26a of the spacer 26 and the spacer 26 is inserted into the attachment hole 22 of the resin plate 20.
