The bicycle headlight (1) has a housing (2) and a retainer (3) for attachment in a structure of a bicycle. The housing and the retainer are connected by a swivel-joint (4) with perpendicularly running axis of rotation (D). The housing at the rear side has contours (8) concentric to the axis of rotation. The contours (9) of the retainer run concentrically to the rotating axis and intervene according to the type of the nut and spring.
