PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading device in which the stability for centering action can be inexpensively enhanced only by modifying the shape of a guide groove without adding excess components and complicate structures. SOLUTION: The disk loading device is provided with a feed roller 2, a disk arm 4 moved back and forth between an initial position to accept a disk 100 drawn by the feed roller 21 and a retreat position corresponding to a chucking position of the disk 100, and the guide groove 5. The device is provided with a function for the feed roller 2 to center the disk 100. The guide groove 5 is provided with an inclined wall surface 57 for gradually narrowing the groove width toward the forward moving direction of the disk arm 4 and a receiving surface 58 for regulating the inclination angle of the disk arm 4.
