An siRNA of NF-kappaB p105 and a composition comprising the siRNA and an intracellular delivery carrier are provided to inhibit proliferation and migration of abnormal cells, thereby being usefully used for inhibiting inflammation or immunoreaction where abnormal cell proliferation is induced, and proliferation of cancer cells, specifically useful for treating after-cataract. An siRNA of an NF-kappaB p105 gene is described as SEQ ID : NOs. 1 to 8. A complex comprises the siRNA and a cationic polymer such as a Mirus Transit TKO lipophilic reagent, lipofectin, lipofectamine, cellfectin and liposome. A composition for treating diseases related to proliferation or migration of abnormal cells such as inflammatory diseases, tumor and after-cataract comprises the siRNA and an intracellular delivery carrier such as a Mirus Transit TKO lipophilic reagent, lipofectin, lipofectamine, cellfectin, a cationic phospholipid nanoparticle, a cationic polymer and liposome.
