A paper feeding device of an image forming apparatus is provided to prevent a defective image or interference of a controller due to static electricity by allowing the static electricity to be grounded to a main body of the image forming apparatus through a ground unit. A paper feeding device of an image forming apparatus comprises a paper feeding cassette(110), a knock-up plate(120), a pick-up roller(130), a separating unit(140) and a ground unit(150). The paper feeding cassette is mounted in a main body of the image forming apparatus. The knock-up plate is installed so as to allow up-and-down movement to the paper feeding cassette by an elastic member, and supports a printing medium. The pick-up roller picks the printing medium loaded in the knock-up plate. The separating unit is installed in the paper feeding cassette, and separates the picked printing medium. The ground unit grounds the knock-up plate and the separating unit to the main body of the image forming apparatus.
