A liquid product dispenser is provided to release a fixed amount of liquid cosmetic or a cleansing solution to a target place simply by pressing a nib-like discharging part. A liquid product dispenser comprises: a body(10) as a liquid container; a first holder(20) having a hollow to support a discharging part(70); a second holder(30) having a hole at one side to pass the discharging part and another hole at the other side to lodge a moving inner cap(50); an inner cap(40) having plural holes to receive liquid from the body and a hollow connected to the second holder; the moving inner cap having a hole to mount a spring(60) and making a contact with the discharging part; the spring mounted in the hole of the moving inner cap to support a vertical movement of the discharging part; the discharging part to dispense the liquid kept inside the inner cap; and a cap(80) for covering and protecting the discharging part.
