A portable terminal is provided to enable a user to freely locate an antenna unit whenever necessary by connecting the second housing, of which the frond side and rear side can be reversed, to one end side of the second housing and installing the antenna unit at one end side of the second housing so that the antenna unit can be exposed by the rotation of the first housing. A portable terminal(100), which consists of the first housing(101) and the second housing(102), comprises an antenna unit(131). The second housing(102), connected to one end side of the first housing(101), rotates so that its front side and rear side can be reversed. The antenna unit(131), concealed in the second housing(102), is installed so as to come out from the second housing(102). As the first housing(101) rotates, one end side of the second housing(102) is opened so that the antenna unit(131) can be exposed to the external.
