A method for manufacturing a silicone horse for an automobile is provided to elute ions effectively as well as prevent evaporation of coolant by coating the inner path of a silicon hole with Teflon. A method for manufacturing a silicone horse(10) for an automobile includes the steps of: manufacturing a silicon hose through a extrusion molding process; carrying out a masking process with regard to the inner passage in the silicon hose with masking materials; coating the masking material by spraying Teflon(20); curing Teflon at a predetermined temperature, removing anti-thermal fabric, and cooling the final product. The masking material is an anti-thermal fabric or aluminum. The curing temperature range is 280 to 350‹C.
