A developing unit of an image-forming apparatus is provided to prevent toner, which fills a developing cartridge, from flowing back to a toner injection port, by fixing a sealing member, which seals the toner injection port. A developing cartridge has a toner injection port(120). A toner cartridge is detachably installed at the toner injection port. When the toner cartridge is separated from the toner injection port, a sealing member seals the toner injection port by occupying an inner space of the toner injection port. A locking unit(400) fixes and supports the sealing member to a join position. The sealing member includes a stopper inserted into the toner injection port, and a handle(320) connected to the stopper. The locking unit has a catching protrusion protruded from the handle.
