A girder type safety device for a bridge is provided to install easily on a girder narrowing downward, to construct a working passage by loading a plate on a frame, to prevent accidents and injuries from a fall and falling objects by covering the lower part of a girder widely, to let workers move safely and quickly, and to construct a bridge safely on a general road on which vehicles are traveling. A girder type safety device(100) for a bridge is installed to a girder(G) installed on many piers(T) erected on the ground to secure a working passage and to prevent accidents from a fall and falling objects, and composed of a frame(200) for constructing a bridge(B) safely and a safety net(300) for covering the frame, wherein the frame comprises many steel wires(210) fixed to a reinforcing bar(P) projected to the upper side(O) of the girder, a turnbuckle(217) inserted to the cut part of the steel wire to regulate the length of the steel wire, a support bar(220) hanging on the downward longitudinal end of the steel wire to have a support function, a cross bar(230) connected and fixed to the support bar and composed of a vertical bar(233) fixed to the support bar, a horizontal bar connected horizontally to the vertical bar and abutting on the lower side(U) of the girder and a support bar supporting the horizontal bar from the lower part of the vertical bar, many lower bars(240,241) connected to the horizontal bar in a perpendicular direction to load a plate(250) on the side of the horizontal bar which is not adjacent to the lower side of the girder, a stand bar(260) fixed to the inside and the outside of the horizontal bar vertically, a connecting bar(270) connected perpendicular to the stand bar to prevent each stand bar from widening and a stiffening bar(280) connected to the stand bar obliquely to reinforce the strength of the frame, and the safety net is attached to the stand bar and the connecting bar to cover the side of the frame. |
