TURN AND TILT WINDOW SYSTEM

A turn-and-tilt type window system with a fixed opening angle is provided to open and close a window smoothly and lightly and to fix an opening angle of a window not to be opened or closed by strong wind by turning a window handle and selecting the tilt, open or locking location. A turn-and-tilt type window system with a fixed opening angle includes a turn check(300) connecting a frame(107) and a lower window frame(117) and fixed to the lower window frame of a window(100), wherein the turn check for fixing an opening angle of a window comprises a limit rod connected with a corner spring(112), a guide rail(409) housing the limit rod, a sliding block(410) sliding along a rail groove of the guide rail, and a limit lever(412) connected to the sliding block and a lever holder(413). If a window handle(102) attached to a vertical frame(101) of a window is turned to the open location, a driving gear(103) rotates by the rotation of the window handle and a vertical rod(106) descends vertically and pushes the limit rod horizontally by a corner spring(112) which is bent from the corner of the window at an angle of 90 degrees and operates vertically and horizontally, so that many cams(109) formed on the vertical rod and the limit rod get out of cam holders(108) fixed to the frame to open the window, and if the handle is turned to the locking location, the driving gear rotates backward and the vertical rod ascends and pulls the limit rod connected to the corner spring horizontally, so that the cams formed on the vertical rod and the limit rod hang on the cam holders not to open the window, and if the handle is turned to the tilt location, the cams formed on the vertical rod and the horizontal rod get out of the cam holders to open and close the window in the tilt type while a tilt shaft(127) fixed to the lower side of the frame is coupled with a tilt hinge fixed to the vertical frame of the window by the operation of the vertical rod and a horizontal rod.
