The integral system has a radio trans receiver in vehicles powered by electrical energy, battery or solar panel that is configured in a computer, which collects, interprets and compare the information. The information is received by a controller or electronic terminal fixed in external point in the highway. A terminal box for emitting and receiving of multi frequency that works with radio frequency is provided. The terminal box communicates with the driver and receives messages of voice, written, sonorous warnings or luminous signals.
