A cover of a container is provided to handle the content effectively by easily joining and releasing the container regardless of the material or shape of the container. A cover(100) of a container(10) is disposed at the surface of an opening of the container and formed in the shape of a circle or square by using non-conductors. The cover prevents the outflow of the content of the container and easily controls discharging of the content. The cover is used for the container that does not have the exclusive cover. An outer side of the cover is made of non-electric conductive materials. An electric conductive member(50) is disposed at the inner side in the shape of a plate. Thermoplastic resin is applied on the inner side. Heat is generated from the conductive member disposed in the cover, by an induction heating and joining device. The opening of the container and the thermoplastic member of the cover are bonded by melting the inner thermoplastic member.
