A jet knife for spraying liquid is provided to improve production efficiency and reliability by jetting the liquid over the whole range at uniform pressure and uniform flow. In a jet knife(100) for spraying liquid on an object, an inclined structure of the predetermined length gradually tapered toward the lower side is formed at the lower part of a pair of bodies(110) divided and combined with each other. A supply pipe(120) having discharge holes(121) supplying liquid to the inside of the body is inserted into a pipe mounting hole. A flow path(140) is formed around the pipe mounting hole. A diffusing and distributing space(150) extended to the lower side of the flow path and a line spraying port(160) jetting the diffused and distributed liquid communicate with each other.
